Terms of Service

Welcome to Linky. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Linky custom link-in-bio building service ("Service"). By connecting your Discord account and building or maintaining a page, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must authenticate using your Discord account via OAuth2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Linky does not access, store, or receive your Discord password.
2. Acceptable Use and Content Policies
You retain ownership of any custom text, labels, profiles, links, images, or assets that you host on your Linky page. However, you agree not to utilize the Service to transmit, display, or promote content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Contains malicious scripts, malware, phishing sites, or exploits.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or dangerous organizations.
- Includes adult, high-risk, or sensory-sensitive links without enabling the built-in "Sensory Warning" (NSFW age-gate) option.
3. System Integrity & Abuse Prevention
To maintain system performance and security, we actively log user creation requests, IP addresses, and activity to prevent service exploitation, platform abuse, or brute-force account flooding. Attempting to bypass our rate-limits, reverse-engineer the builder API, or register thousands of artificial directory pages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent IP blacklisting.
4. Deletion and Termination
We reserve the right, but hold no obligation, to remove or disable any Linky pages or account folders that violate these Terms or are deemed detrimental to our system security. You may permanently delete your data, folder directory, custom images, and settings at any time using the "Wipe" feature inside the Linky control panel.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, permanent link integrity, or complete loss prevention of uploaded images or settings.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page and your continued use of Linky constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
