AI apps · MCP

Your page, from Claude
or ChatGPT.

Connect an AI app to your Linky account and ask it to read your page, check your views and clicks, or change your links, name and bio. It works through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI apps use to talk to services. Free, like everything else.

Server URLhttps://linky.moe/mcp

What to ask.

Changes show on your page immediately.

“What links are on my Linky page right now?”
“Which link got the most clicks this month?”
“Add my new video as a link and move it to the top.”
“Hide my old shop link and feature the new one.”
“Rewrite my bio in two short sentences.”
“How many views did my page get last week, and from where?”

Set it up.

Generate a key in Settings → AI apps. It is shown once. Then add Linky to your app:

Claude Code

One command in your terminal.

claude mcp add --transport http linky https://linky.moe/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"

Cursor · VS Code · Windsurf

Add to mcp.json (or .vscode/mcp.json).

Add a custom connector with the server URL. Where the app supports custom headers, set Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Apps that only support OAuth-based connectors cannot use a bearer key yet; OAuth is on the roadmap.

Any MCP client

Streamable HTTP transport, JSON-RPC 2.0, protocol version 2025-06-18. Bearer authentication. 60 tool calls a minute per key. GET https://linky.moe/mcp describes the server.

What it can do. What it never can.

Tools

get_my_pageReturns the page address, display name, bio, location, socials and every block (links, embeds, widgets) with id, visibility and position.
get_analyticsViews, visitors and clicks per day for the last N days (max 90), plus top links, referrers and devices.
add_linkAdds a link button. position 0 puts it first; omit to append.
update_linkChanges title, url, description, featured or visibility of an existing link by id.
remove_linkHides a block from the page. It stays in the dashboard and can be shown again.
reorder_linksSets the order of blocks. Pass every block id in the desired order; ids you leave out keep their relative order at the end.
set_featured_linkMakes one link the featured (pulsing) link and un-features the others. Pass an empty id to clear.
add_blockAdds a non-link block: embed (Spotify/YouTube/SoundCloud/Twitch/TikTok/Vimeo/Apple Music/Bandcamp URL), header, text (markdown), divider, image (https URL), poll, countdown, faq, tags or list. Pass the fields that type uses; unknown fields are ignored.
update_blockChanges fields of any block by id (title, text, url, src, question, options, at, items, visible). Works for links too.
delete_blockPermanently removes a block by id. Use remove_link to only hide it.
add_socialAdds a social icon under the name. platform is a key like x, instagram, tiktok, youtube, twitch, github, discord, website; omit to detect from the URL.
remove_socialRemoves the social icon whose URL or platform matches.
set_publishedtrue makes the page public, false shows a "not public" notice to visitors.
update_profile_textChanges display name, bio, tagline or location. Design, handle and media are never touched.

Never

  • Change your design, theme, fonts or effects
  • Change your handle or your media
  • Delete anything: a removed link is hidden and comes back from the dashboard
  • See your Discord identity beyond your username
  • Reach any page but yours
  • Keep access after you revoke the key

Every change an app makes is written to your security log with the tool name. Revoke the key in Settings to disconnect every app at once.
